Superior design
Fashion that is easy to put on, take off and move in! You will notice none of our garments have centre back zips. That’s intentional. It doesn’t make good sense to place a fastener in a hard to reach place. Nor for a gorgeous sleeved dress to limit the movement of your arm.
-

Made to order
This enables us to create less waste & ensure each garment is destined for a client that will cherish it. We are very happy to adjust garment lengths or swap fastenings to best suit your lifestyle. We can also source unique fabrics and reimagine precious textile and garments you already have. See our patched silk gown here.

Australian made
We create heirloom pieces, designed and made locally. This is how we ensure attention to detail, quality, fair working conditions, and support the Australian textile industry. Even our fabric covered buttons and garment labels are prepared here, in Australia. Our local pattern maker ensures a premium fit, drawing on her rich wealth of knowledge & experience in the industry.
We strive to be better not bigger. Learn more.

Opulent finish
Garments that are gorgeous on the inside and out thanks to the care and pride of our seamstress. Most designs have French seams and we have a unique technique for finishing our facings so that the inside of your garment is always as beautiful as the outside. Sleeveless dresses and tops have sewn in bra keepers so that bra straps are never visible. Always sewn from quality deadstock fabrics in natural fibres that allow your skin to breathe.

The village of Spring Ridge’s population swelled as one hundred women gathered for the inaugural Fibre to Fashion lunch, celebrating women and sustainability in the cotton industry.
Whilst in the region for the Fibre to Fashion event, Emma had the chance to visit cotton grower & engineer, Scott Morgan. Standing in the cotton fields on his farm with cotton waste breaking down in the soils and solar powered energy powering irrigation, we share this story.

We need to raise visibility and representation from the top of the chain so that the fashion community, including those with disabilities, can feel reflected and identified as a part of society. Different people have different needs, good design accommodates this without compromising aesthetic and style.
