Place an order
When you add a design to your cart, you are automatically required to complete a form. This gives you the opportunity to choose from popular customisations, write a note or request a call back. If you have indicated a customised look we don’t cut your fabric & start production until after a consult (in person or remote) to clarify your final design choice.

Ordering online
When you shop online and click “Add to cart” you are redirected to a form. Here you are asked if you wish to buy “as pictured” or “custom.”
If you select “custom” you are invited to complete a short series of questions to clarify the customisation. There is also the opportunity for you to write a short message should you have any further questions or notes.

Note: Hi I would like length of the dress design decreased by 5cm, as I am short. Can you please confirm that you can do this? Also, I need it by (insert date) as it is for a event!

Change the fabric
Do you have a special piece of fabric, waiting to be sewn? It could be a beautiful piece handed down in your family, or picked up on a holiday. We have also upcycled precious family garments into new looks.
Just want something different? Supply your own fabric, or we can source a fabric for you. Our favourite suppliers for custom pieces are The Fabric Store, Alla Moda Fabrics & Fifi’s Fabricology. We can host a private fabric shopping experience for you, led by our designer. You can also visit these stores independently to browse. The staff at each of the above are very knowledgeable & able to assist you in sourcing your fabric. Take a photo of the fabric, one close up, one of about 50cm or so unrolled and the tag (with fabric details) & contact us.
Please note the fabric and shopping services if chosen, will be at additional cost. All garment trim and fastenings are included in your garment purchase.

This is often changed for accessibility. Perhaps you prefer you garment to close and open with Velcro, a snap or a tie?
We have also had clients that have special buttons, saved from a loved family piece that they wish to reuse in their new garment.
