Did you know you can choose your own fabric and we will sew it for you?

We love The Fabric Store! We usually pop to the Brisbane store, but if you aren’t local you can jump online. They offer a curated range of designer dress fabrics and mill overruns coupled with an exceptional in-store experience and dedicated, passionate service. The team is super knowledgeable and helpful. We love that they are usually wearing their own fabrics, sewn into beauties! They aim to provide an alternative option within a fast-fashion society where fine craft and high quality fabrics are often undervalued. They are huge supporters of home sewing and the #memade movement, and appreciate the time and care that goes into creating garments by hand. They believe that creative endeavours like home sewing and crafts can also have a profound impact on our well-being - and so do we!

If you happen to fall in love with one of their fabrics- but aren’t a sewist; we can happily sew one of our designs for you, in your selected fabric. It is best to snap a photo of the fabric, and label attached to it, and then get in touch! We love a special project.
